If you have checked out of your accommodation and have overpaid, you will be issued a refund. Please note that the refund can take up to 30 days to be transferred to you following the end of your contract date. 


If you paid your rent by credit/debit card the refund will be credited back to this card. 


However, If you paid by BPay, Convera, HSBC transfer, CIBC transfer, Flywire or Alipay, we will need to transfer the refund to a nominated bank account. To ensure this happens please update your bank details in Sydney Student:

Log into Sydney Student

Once in Sydney Student go to:

- My Finance

- Your Finances

- Bank Details

- Supply Bank Details


Once you have updated your bank details in Sydney Student, please also email us at accommodation.info@sydney.edu.au to let us know.
