There is no fee to apply for University owned accommodation.
If you are successful in securing an offer, you will be required to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of $200 (new residents) or $100 (returning residents).
A refundable room deposit equivalent to 4 weeks of rent will also be payable during the acceptance process.
