There is no fee to apply for University-owned accommodation.
If you are successful in receiving an offer, you will be required to pay:
- A non-refundable acceptance fee of $200 (new residents) or $100 (returning residents)
- A refundable room deposit, equivalent to four weeks’ rent, during the acceptance process
