On-campus accommodation
On-campus accommodation includes University Residences (owned and managed by the University) and Residential Colleges (independently operated).
University Residences (University-owned and managed)
There are four University-managed residences located on the main campus:
- Queen Mary Building
- Abercrombie Student Accommodation
- Regiment Building
- Darlington House
These residences are self-catered and offer a high degree of independence.
You can find more information about room types, fees, and eligibility on the accommodation website.
Applications:
- Submitted via the online application portal
- Free of charge
- Open year-round
Due to high demand, we recommend applying as early as possible, as most rooms are filled well before the start of the academic term.
Residential Colleges can be a great option if you are new to independent living. They typically offer:
- Catered meals
- Laundry services
- A strong community and support network
Please note:
- Colleges are independently managed
- Each college has its own application process
