Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on the shuttle bus service. We have heard you – and we have taken action.
- Increasing services from 1 October
- More services to better serve the needs of the residents.
- New services are available to and from Kensington throughout the day.

- Bus tracker app (now live)
- Track the shuttle in real time (location and ETA).
- Select Big Bus Co. as the operator.
- Make sure location services are enabled on your device.
- Choose the service you want to track (Bus E or Bus F).
- If the bus isn’t currently operating, it won’t appear in the app.

- Please queue at the planter box on the right-hand side of the stairs (as you exit the building), where the sign "Shuttle Bus Queue" is displayed, and form a line to the right. Please board the shuttle bus in the same order.
- Each shuttle has 21 seats available for students. If there are already 21 people in the queue, you will need to wait for the next bus, as seating is limited and standing is not permitted.
- If a bus becomes full, it will leave early.
- We’re actively working with the drivers to improve reliability and on-time departures.
- Please feel free to share feedback or issues with Reception - this helps us resolve them quickly.

We’ll circle back in November with another short survey to see what’s working well and what we can improve for 2026. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to our friendly Reception staff with any comments or feedback - good and bad alike - we welcome it all!
