• A room transfer fee of AUD 150 will apply to all room moves.
• A cleaning fee will also apply, which will vary depending on how the current room is returned.
• If the new room is the same type and rate, your rent will remain unchanged.
• If the new room is of a different type or rate, you will be charged the rate applicable to that room.
• Room moves are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to show rooms prior to confirming a move. If a suitable room becomes available based on your requirements, we will let you know . 
• If your request is related to medical or wellbeing concerns, you will need to submit supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or doctor’s note. This documentation is required for us to review and consider your room move request.
