Due to the high demand for on-campus accommodation, we are currently at capacity for Semester 1 2026 at Abercrombie, Regiment, Queen Mary and Darlington House. We will process offers to students on the waitlist in the order of application on a rolling basis as cancellations occur. If you have not applied yet, you can still apply and join the waitlist.  

Note that we received a large number of applications, and the likelihood of receiving an on-campus offer at this stage is low. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to consider the alternatives below.

 

  • Kensington: 

    Kensington is managed by the University of Sydney and currently has a limited number of Studio apartments available from $695 per week (reduced from $806 per week — save $111 per week, or $5,328 over the year).

  • Residential Colleges: You may explore the possibility of securing accommodation in one of the residential colleges affiliated with the University. You can find more information on our website. 


  • Homestay: stay with a local household in partnership with our providers. For more information, please visit our website.


  • Camden Campus: If you are unable to secure accommodation near the Camperdown/Darlington Campus, we have a limited number of rooms available at our Camden Campus. Camden is a lovely historic town located 65kms southwest of Sydney. Living at Camden, you’ll enjoy a relaxing and peaceful place to study.
