Our accommodation options on campus are at capacity. We will process offers to students on the waitlist in the order of application on a rolling basis as cancellations occur. If you have not applied yet, you can still apply and join the waitlist.  

Note that we had a vast number of applicants and that the likelihood of receiving an offer for on-campus preferences at this stage is low. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to consider the alternatives below.

 

We may have studio apartments, starting from $689 per week, available at our new building in partnership with UniLodge Kensington. Click here for the virtual tour of the room. 


Located at 117-197 Anzac Parade, Kensington, this brand-new accommodation is located about 30 minutes from campus. The University will provide a shuttle service in the morning and afternoon, but there are also ample public transport options available. Additionally, it's just a short bus ride from Coogee Beach. Residents can enjoy state-of-the-art facilities, including a gym, yoga studio, rooftop terrace, and cinema room.   • Residential Colleges: You may explore the possibility of securing accommodation in one of the residential colleges affiliated with the university. You can find more information on our website. 


  • Off Campus Housing Database:  we manage a database for Off Campus Housing where individuals list rooms or spaces available for rent to students. However, please note these listings are not verified by our team. We strongly advise exercising caution and conducting thorough due diligence before entering into any agreements. Users are encouraged to verify the legitimacy and suitability of listings independently.


  • Camden Campus: If you are unable to secure accommodation near the Camperdown/Darlington Campus, we have a limited number of rooms available at our Camden Campus. Camden is a lovely historic town located 65kms southwest of Sydney. Living at Camden, you’ll enjoy a relaxing and peaceful place to study.
