For exchange students on a 20-week or 26-week contract, rent is charged fortnightly and can be paid through the accommodation portal.

If you would prefer to pay your rent in a single lump sum, please submit your request by email to accommodation.info@sydney.edu.au.

For shorter contracts, rent must be paid in advance as a lump sum.
