Kingswood Accommodation (29-33 Rodgers Street, Kingswood NSW 2747) is positioned approximately 70km from Darlington campus. There are Single and Double Room vacancies for students and associates attending Nepean Hospital. 


Room Rates:

  • Single Room (King Single Bed): $150 weekly
  • Double Room (Double Bed): $220 weekly
  • Short-term stays: $50 per night, plus occupancy fee of $25.  


Administrative Fees: 

  • Deposit: $60 (refundable against breakages/damage)

 

Other Fees (optional): 

  • Occupancy Package: An occupancy package is available, which includes linen, towels, and a doona. The cost is $25 for single occupancy and $40 for double occupancy. 
  • Parking: Parking spots are limited and subject to availability. The rates are $30 per week or $10 per day.
