Please submit a booking variation request through the accommodation portal to provide notice of your intent to terminate the contract.


You are required to give 2 weeks notice and pay a cancellation fee of equivalent to 4 weeks of rent. We'll be reaching out to students on our waitlist to offer and allocate your room. If a replacement student is found, the Room Fee payable between the effective date of termination (which will be the end of the 2 weeks notice period) and the date that a replacement resident commences paying a room fee in respect of the Room will be refunded back to you. While we can consider your request to nominate someone to take over the contract, please note that we cannot guarantee the allocation of the room to the nominated person. Priority will be given to students on our waitlist, following the order of application submission.
