To check the status of your accommodation application, you need to log in to the accommodation portal and then access the "Applications" tab. 


There, you will see the status of your application, which can be one of the following: 

  • Incomplete: This means your application still needs to completed. Please ensure you complete it by reaching the final application page and clicking the submit button.
  • Received: Your application has been successfully received, and you've been added to our waitlist. If a room becomes available, we'll send an offer of accommodation to the next application on our waitlist. 
  • Cancelled: This status indicates that the application has been cancelled.
  • Unsuccessful: Your application has been reviewed, and you do not meet the eligibility criteria for residing in university-owned accommodation.
  • Sent: If you see this status, an accommodation offer has been sent. You'll have a specified deadline to accept it, and if you don't, the offer will lapse. 
  • Lapsed: This status indicates that an accommodation offer was sent to you, but you didn't accept it within the given timeframe. Once an offer lapses, it won't be reinstated, and we'll move on to the next application on our waitlist. 
  • Accepted: If your application shows this status, you've accepted the accommodation offer, and your booking is now secured for the term session.
