To check the status of your accommodation application, please log in to the accommodation portal and navigate to the “Applications” tab. 


You can also refer to the guidance document for detailed steps on how to view your application status.


Your application will display one of the following statuses:


  • Application Incomplete - Your application has not been fully submitted. Please ensure all sections are completed and click Submit on the final page.
  • Application Received - Your application has been successfully submitted and received. Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirming the outcome. If no immediate offers are available, you may be invited to join a waiting list. 

  • Waiting List - Your application has been placed on the waiting list. You will be contacted if a place becomes available and you are next in line.

  • Application Cancelled - Your application has been cancelled and is no longer under consideration.

  • Application UnsuccessfulYour application has been reviewed, and you do not meet the eligibility criteria for University accommodation.

  • Offer Sent - An accommodation offer has been issued to you. You must accept the offer by the specified deadline, or it will expire.

  • Offer Lapsed - An offer was sent but not accepted within the required timeframe. Once an offer lapses, it cannot be reinstated, and your application will not be reconsidered.

  • Offer Accepted-  You have accepted the accommodation offer, and your booking is now confirmed for the relevant term.
