If you've received notice that you're on a waitlist for university-owned accommodation, it means that all available spots have been allocated for the term session you applied for. 


You can check the status of your application by logging into the accommodation portal where you applied. If your application is listed as "Application Received" it means you are currently on the waitlist.


Being on a waitlist means your application has not yet been assessed, but you may have a chance of getting a room if someone else cancels their reservation. 


Please follow the instructions in the updates sent to waitlisted students if you wish to remain on the waitlist. Additionally, remember to check your registered email and the application portal regularly. If an offer is made, you will have 48 hours to accept it before it lapses.


Also, be sure to check your spam or junk folder for any emails from Accommodation Operations.
