We are currently operating with a waitlist in place. If you have not yet applied, you still have the opportunity to do so through the accommodation portal and be automatically added to our waitlist

  • Off-campus housing providers offer a range of accommodation options. Here are some providers: 

-    Scape Sydney offers all-inclusive packages across multiple room types at discounted rates available exclusively for University of Sydney students.

-    Y Suites on Gibbons and on Regent currently have a limited amount of rooms available for 2024, exclusively for University of Sydney students. 

-    Sydney University Village is located close to the University of Sydney campus and offers multiple room types at competitive rates.

-    Iglu

-    Castle Accommodation

-    Unilodge Ultimo

  • Residential Colleges: You may explore the possibility of securing accommodation in one of the residential colleges affiliated with the university. You can find more information on our website. 


  • Off Campus Housing Database:  we manage a database for Off Campus Housing where individuals list rooms or spaces available for rent to students. However, please note these listings are not verified by our team. We strongly advise exercising caution and conducting thorough due diligence before entering into any agreements. Users are encouraged to verify the legitimacy and suitability of listings independently.


  • Camden Campus: If you are unable to secure accommodation near the Camperdown/Darlington Campus, we have a limited number of rooms available at our Camden Campus. Camden is a lovely historic town located 65kms southwest of Sydney. Living at Camden, you’ll enjoy a relaxing and peaceful place to study. For 2024, we have rooms available in our 44 bed hall of residence, with rooms costing just $163.00 per week.   • Homestay:  Stay with a local household while you find your feet in Sydney through our partnership with the Australian Homestay Network (AHN). You can stay for your first 2–4 weeks with an option to extend if you wish. You can find more information on our website.
