University-owned housing applications for 2025 are expected to open at the end of September, although the exact date has not yet been confirmed. Please visit our website within the next two weeks for an update, as we will post the exact date once it is confirmed.
Applications for the University-owned accommodation can be made via our online application form.
Please note that it is free to apply and that you do not need to have received an offer for a course at the University before applying for on-campus housing.
If you receive an offer of accommodation, please note that you must be a full-time student at the University of Sydney, enrolled in a degree program, and 18 years old or older by the start date of your Residential Agreement.
