If you wish to cancel your contract and have found a replacement, please submit a booking variation request through the portal. The deposit will be refunded back but Please note that you will be charged a $200 termination fee. 

The acceptance fee will not be refunded as stated in the letter of offer. 

It will take up to a maximum of 60 days before the refund is processed and no further documentation needs to be completed. 

*Please note - If you find a replacement, it is still at the discretion of Student Accommodation Services to assess the suitability of your replacement.
