Please submit a booking variation request through the accommodation portal to request a cancellation.


Residents may terminate their contract without penalty if they notify the University in writing four weeks prior to the Commencement Date (date on the Residential Agreement). The Acceptance Fee ($200 for new residents and $100 for returning residents) is not refundable.


Residents may also terminate their contract if they notify the the University in writing less than 4 weeks prior to the Commencement Date. The Acceptance Fee ($200 for new residents and $100 for returning residents) is not refundable. In this instance, the cancellation fee of $200 applies. 


The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the contract cancellation confirmation.
