A deposit is a one-off payment equivalent to 4 weeks of your rent and you will be required to pay this amount at the time of accepting your offer of accommodation. It will be returned at the end of your contract after verifying your check out process and upon receiving clearance from the finance department.


The deposit refund process can take up to 30 business days from the contract end date. The deposit will be refunded back to the same credit card/ bank account used to make the payment. If the option is unavailable at the time of the refund, our finance team will let you know of the error and contact you to discuss alternative arrangements for the refund method.
