The deposit is a one-off payment equivalent to four weeks’ rent, which must be paid when accepting your accommodation offer.
The deposit is refundable at the end of your contract, subject to successful completion of the check-out process and clearance from the Finance team.
Refund process
- The refund process may take up to 45 days from your contract end date
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, in accordance with University policy
If the original payment method is no longer available or the refund is unsuccessful, the Finance team will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
