A security deposit is a one-off payment equivalent to 4 weeks of your rent and you will be required to pay this amount at the time of accepting your offer of accommodation. It will be returned at the end of your contract after verifying your check out process and upon receiving clearance from the finance department.
The security deposit refund refund process can take up to 60 business days from the contract end date.
