We recommend that once you’ve made a payment, you check on the Student Accommodation Portal to ensure that the payment is reflected correctly.

              


 If a payment made by credit card is not reflected correctly in the portal after 2 business days, please email accommodation.info@sydney.edu.au immediately.


 If a BPAY payment is not reflected correctly after 3 business days from the date of the payment, please email us with the screenshot of the payment. 


 If a Western Union payment  is not reflected correctly after 5-7 business days from the date of the payment, please email studentpayments@westernunion.com. You will need the reference number of the payment which starts with EAU. Once you get a response from Western Union, please email accommodation.info@sydney.edu.au
