All students are charged the Standard Cleaning Fee. This is a one-off fee per contract term and will be charged at the beginning of each new contract. The fee is a levy that contributes to any necessary cleaning of your room before your check in and the wider residence. Furthermore, it covers the cost of external window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, and pest control to treat the rooms.


The cleaning fees are listed in the Residential Agreement Terms and Conditions. 


The fee is charged at check-in and it must be paid within 48 hours.
