All students are required to pay a standard cleaning fee, which is a one-off charge per contract term. This fee will be applied at the beginning of each new contract.
The fee contributes to cleaning services, including preparation of your room prior to check-in, as well as general maintenance across the residence. This includes services such as window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, and pest control.
The applicable cleaning fee is outlined in the Residential Agreement Terms and Conditions.
The fee is charged at check-in and must be paid within 48 hours.
