Contract lengths depend on your intake period.
- Semester 1 applicants: Accommodation is generally offered on a full-year contract (48 or 52 weeks).
- Semester 2 applicants: You can apply for a semester-length contract (26 weeks).
If your circumstances change (for example, if you graduate earlier than expected), you may submit a termination request in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Residential Agreement.
