If you have accepted an offer for University-managed accommodation but did not receive a course offer from the University of Sydney, you will need to request a cancellation of your booking.
To do this, please log in to the accommodation portal, select the Booking Variation option, and complete the form. Be sure to include the reason for your cancellation so your request can be assessed. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 days for a response.
Please note that a cancellation fee may apply, and the acceptance fee is non-refundable.
