Accommodation Operations has an Off Campus Housing Database that allows you to advertise a house/room/unit to Sydney University Students. You will be required to register as a user, after which you can use the online form to advertise the available space. Please read the Terms and Conditions before completing your listing.
The Practical Guide to Listing Your Property will walk you through the steps on how to put together an effective listing.
Once you submit your listing, it will be reviewed by our office. It typically takes 48 hours for a listing to be approved. If the Accommodation Officer has any questions about the information in your listing, you will be contacted via email.
Once the listing is approved, it will remain active for 1 month. If you wish to re-advertise an expired listing, you will need to log in to the Accommodation Database to resubmit for approval.
