In July and August 2018, there was a glitch in our systems. Some residents had successfully made rental payments to the university, but their payment has not appeared on their online portal. Payments via Western Union have been particularly affected by this problem.
We are working as fast as possible to resolve the issue and expect to restore all of these transactions by the end of August 2018.
If your payment has not appeared, please keep your receipts in case we need to substantiate or clarify your payment. Please also ignore the auto-generated overdue rent notices.
