If you have checked out of your accommodation and have overpaid rent you will be issued a refund. Please note that the refund can take up to 60 days to be transferred to you following the end of your contract date.
If you paid your rent by credit/debit card the refund will be credited back to this card.
However, If you paid by BPay we will need to transfer the refund to a nominated bank account. To ensure this happens please update your bank details in Sydney Student:
Log into Sydney Student
Once in Sydney Student go to:
- My Finance
- Your Finances
- Bank Details
- Supply Bank Details
Once you have updated your bank details in Sydney Student, please also email us at accommodation.info@sydney.edu.au to let us know.
