It is possible to pay in advance for a whole year or semester. If you would like to pay in advance, please email us at accommodation.info@sydney.edu.au. Once the requested upfront charge is placed account you will need to make payment in full within 48 hours otherwise you will receive a notification for non payment and overdue fees.
Rent is payable by credit card, BPAY, Convera, AliPay and Flywire.
If you’re paying by credit card, Convera, AliPay or Flywire, you need to log into the portal and use the options from the portal only.
