We require all university housing residents to report maintenance issues online via the Maintenance Request Form, which can be accessed through the Student Portal.

For any out of hours emergency maintenance, please immediately contact the Campus Security on 9351 3333, and if you encounter any difficulties using the portal please email us directly here at Accommodation Operations and we will be happy to assist.
